Everything you might need to prepare a meal. The keurig coffee maker comes with a variety of coffees, tea and chocolate + flavored creamers.

The one bedroom cottage is ideal for 1 or 2 people. We have provided a comfy futon couch in the living room if needed, for a total of 3 or 4.

Enjoy the private deck with seating and bbq. The evening sparkles with the outdoor lighting.

One small/medium size dog. Must be house broken and well behaved.

There is a ramp that leads to back door and handholds in the bathroom.

We only have access to satellite tv here in the hills. The reception is very good, but can slow down at peak viewing times - not usually a problem.

 Like many travelers out there, I was familiar with Airbnb. After signing up to host there, I discovered Houfy, which saves guests on the outrageous services fees. I am hoping for a successful transition, as all this is fairly new to me!<br />
I'm a young at heart 70+ with lots of life experience, having been a hair stylist, stay at home mom, face painter, wedding photographer and more. Happily married for 46 years - maybe because he supports my right brained whims and helps keep me grounded. :-) I've been retired, but not ready for the pasture - so here we are starting a new adventure - hosting a short term rental in our beautiful neck of the woods. For now, what I lack in experience, I'll make up for with much enthusiasm! -- Update -- Since October I've acquired many 5 star reviews on the other site and am very much enjoying the experience of hosting.
